Return Request Requirements

Return Eligibility

Most new and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging, when applicable

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please keep the item and original packaging until our team has reviewed your request.

If the issue is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we may cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange

Exchanges are available for eligible items. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Online Orders Returned In-Store

Online orders may be returned at our physical store, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Please have your order number, order confirmation email, or the email address used for your purchase available when visiting the store. Our team will review the item and assist you with the return process.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds may take up to four weeks from the time you give your package to the return shipper. This includes the return shipment transit time, which may take 5-10 business days, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, which may take 3-5 business days, and the time it takes your bank or payment provider to process the refund, which may take 5-10 business days.
